Canopy projects
Metal and glass canopies over entrances. The examples here are glass roofs carried on angled steel arms and brackets above front doors and patio doors, and a wrought iron canopy frame with scrolled side brackets over a doorway in a brick wall. They show the two things a canopy has to do at once: keep rain and snow off the entrance without making it dark, and look like it belongs on the building.
